By using PathGuard, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Service Description
PathGuard tests affiliate links by opening them in a headless browser, following redirects, inspecting cookies, and producing reports and health scores.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Acceptable Use
You may only scan links you have permission to test. Prohibited use includes abuse, interference with third-party sites, and any illegal activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Billing
Paid usage is metered. Your billing status and usage are tracked to calculate charges. For billing details, see the Billing Terms.
Reports and Outputs
Reports are generated from automated scans and are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for how you use the results.
Disclaimers
PathGuard is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
