WillItTrack helps you test affiliate links by opening them in a headless browser, following redirects, and reporting on cookies and tracking behavior. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and your choices.

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers from our auth provider.
• Billing data: customer IDs, subscription status, and usage events handled by Stripe.
• Scan inputs: affiliate URLs you submit, scan types, and configuration options.
• Scan outputs: redirect chains, landing status codes, cookie metadata, and health scores.
• Usage and diagnostics: logs, timestamps, and IP-based rate limiting for anonymous usage.

WillItTrack records cookie names, domains, flags, and expiries to determine whether tracking is working. Cookie values are redacted where possible and are not used to build user profiles.

• To run scans and generate shareable reports.
• To authenticate users and secure access to dashboards.
• To meter usage and process payments.
• To maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and debug issues.

We retain scan results indefinitely. We may use aggregate, non-personally-identifying data from scans (e.g. network-level tracking statistics, merchant averages) to publish public research and industry benchmarks. We do not sell individual scan data.

Scans are associated with a public report page whose URL you can share. The report includes the URL you submitted verbatim, redirect chain, cookies, and scoring details. Do not submit URLs containing session tokens, API keys, or other secrets — they will appear on a publicly accessible page.

We rely on third-party providers for authentication, billing, database hosting, and browser automation. See the Subprocessors page for the current list.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. You can also disable analytics cookies through your browser settings. Authenticated users can request deletion of individual scans from their dashboard.
