What counts as a check?
One URL checked at one depth level. A Link Check of the same URL twice counts as two checks.
Why do different checks cost different amounts?
Each check type builds on the one before it. A Link Check opens a single browser session (~30s). A Cookie Consent Check runs three sessions to test every consent scenario (~90s). More sessions cost more to run.
Do unused free checks roll over?
No. Free allowances reset every Monday (UTC).
How many free checks do I get?
Without an account you get 3 checks per type per week. Sign up free to unlock 5 link and 2 cookie consent checks per week.
What happens if a scan fails?
Failed scans (timeouts, DNS errors) are not charged. You only pay for successful checks.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No commitment. Your payment method is only charged for usage beyond the free allowance.
Can I mix credits across check types?
Yes. Credits are stored as a balance in pence. Each check deducts its own price from your balance, so you can use credits for any check type.
